Why isn't possible to upload video the same way it is advertised in the thread ? Is the method still worth it buying?

Is it so hard to Upload Shorts?? Why??

Hi, cool stuff mate. Got a question, you mentioned “bypassing the limit” what does that mean? Would one be able to upload more than 100 vids a day? I was using a professional video editor before to upload such amount of shorts. Putting links in bio and telling people to visit the “about section”.
