Please note that we do not provide license keys for over 4 years now, as explained in our FAQs:

Please keep this in mind, as each domain requires one license in order to import the demo content, and that's financially not feasible.

Do you mean with demo content just the copy and images or also widgets and features?

I wouldn't mind not having copy and images, but missing out on the widges and features of a theme would be a game breaker
