Yes, macs are faster for video editing. For Windows I advice to use more RAM, but for mac should be enough, even Intel based.

Of course it's required to learn and get experience, good you understand it because not everyone want to learn.
Also, you are right. Making videos is not takich a lot of time daily. For me creating one video takes 40 minutes and it's enough even for busy guys.

Giving a lesson not to trust anyone, isn't my job also i must give someone what i was promised before he complete the task. Generators often 100% are claim false, They just always same. So its still not comply with halal- haram.
