Yes, we had our own solution that could connect to about 5 different registrars and register domains

Each domain was automatically added to a different cloudflare account after registration.

Cloudflare isn’t the actual host right…? It’s content delivery? I’m not really sure how Cloudflare works. Did you host all the domains on one server, and then the use of Cloudflare makes Google think the domains are on different servers…?

How many articles you posted a day? I'm seeing sites more than 5K a day and still doing fine.

I had all kinds of setup, posting all in one day, posting 1k a day, posting 300 day and so on.

Most of my posts are not indexed by bing but I don't care about bing either.

Posting too much is not the reason. There must be something else.

I see many of these sites still doing well. They get a lot of traffic and Google knows for sure.

Did you put ads on? Is your adsense fine?

askingalot is officially dead. It got deindexed from Google. These kinds of websites unfortunately don't work in the long run if they get good traffic.

Everytime someone made a thread referring to certain site, it get banned in less than a week.

Update: Everythingwhat got deindex too. But there’s few more still kicking.

the reason i'm surprised is that, if you look at the amount to backlinks they get everyday LEGIT, you will be amazed. There were so many people linking out to them as a reference to something they were talking about in their article, it's insane.

They were also linking out to the original answer (in an iframe but still). So they were doing a lot of things right. I always thought this one is going to be the only one that sticks.

nah shows their foolishness they could have mixed original content, worked on those plag content. But they were greedy it’s a wasted oppurtunity and a lesson for all do black hat but know when to stop

With 1 mil articles that's 333 333 hours, if you paid $10 per hour that's $3mil

Just for the experiment, I started mine about 2 months ago. Google has slowly started picking my site. So far so good.

As per my experience, scraping is not the hard part but getting the posts indexed is. You need to constantly build quality backlinks and lots of social signals, to get your posts indexed.

Are you pushing paid links to these websites? Do you think it's worth it in the long term?

Seems a lot of us started such websites. I have yet to experience such traffic, just got 150 articles posted, slowly pushing 10-15 per day or so to get them indexed.

There's going to be a flood on Google in the upcoming months with these websites it seems )))

At around 3.5k/day now, I haven't posted for a week. I was pushing about 10k articles/day. Btw you don't need to buy backlinks, volume of the content is the key (but obviously it's a plus if it was real/aged domain before). Also the flood is already here, there are thousands of sites now.
