Depends on the keywords you are bidding on. You just can't compare both of them.
Meanwhile, I've heard of people getting clients on your kind of business via craigslist.

Thanks for guiding, actually I'm planning for affiliate marketing so for that I'm asking as they shave alot and their conversion rate isn't that good so considering that i think fb ads are quite expensive as they cost more than $18 per lead. So I'm looking for alternative that cost less than that.

Honestly, it depends upon the kind of marketing strategy you have. FB ads is for remarketing people who has same interest as your ads, broadly, and Google ads target keyword based(PPC). In your case you are asking to compare cost wise two different platforms. If Google is doing you good, use that and same goes to Fb ads as well. Don't compare, just get your task done somehow!

as per my 10 year experience, Facebook and Instagram Ads is best platform to generate the leads. It is my personal opinion.

For middle level it's only CloudFunnels. For expert level it's ClickFunnels.

I'd say LinkedIn and Twitter
