Hi, I'm Kultchecker. It's pretty damn late for an introduction since I am on this forum for some years now. But fck it. I seriously need some help...

As said, I am in the online marketing game for a few years now, maybe 5. But even before I was generally interested in making money online. For example, I founded the YouTube channel "The Real G Music TV" in 2016 which became pretty successful for the time in its niche. After this I stumbled into trading, SEO, ecom, Adsense and much more and lost a lot of money before starting to earn some back. Mainly by working for an agency but also by running some projects myself. F.e. I own a sex doll store, a fashion store and currently working on a car accessories store and a crypto investment site, which are doing about the same money as my job. (But I re-invest every penny.)

I have really solid knowledge in all fields and would be probably able to scale all these businesses massively, well... if there wasn't some kind of depression in me. Why do I know this? Because when I was happy for a short while, I was rocking it. I was working 70-100h weeks and turning sht into gold. But now... Basically 2/3 of the day I am not really able to work because I suffer. I always find new ways to conquer it but sometimes nothing seems to help. And the biggest reason I suffer is that I always feel lonely. I feel so fcking lonely, that I have no drive to do anything. That's why I decided to start this thread.

Maybe I can help you and share some value. And in response, you push me a little, help me feel better and make me accomplish my goals.

Here are some stats to see if I can provide value to you:
- YouTube channel with 220.000 subs & 300.000.000 views
- monthly SEO traffic driven ~ 20.000
- total ecom sales of ~ $20k
- biggest Instagram hit: multiple videos (not reels) of 500k views on a channel with 2000 followers
- made some intelligent crypto decisions (like buy eth at $140 and sold at $1800)
- regained major parts of my health after heavy surgeries and no help by doctors (I'm big into fitness, health, nutrition)

Maybe I will even turn some of this stuff into videos and publish it, as I always planned to do some kind of inspirational & educational platform. Time will tell...

Hello mate, below some advices, just try to practice them and I'm sure that everything will be ok for you:

1. Take a break from your regular routine will help
2. Take Cold Shower for 5-10 Mins, even multiple times a day, whenever you feel
it is comming.
3. Concentrate on your breath when you loose focus.
4. eat good and quality foods,
5. Move arround, exercise, run or just walk outside. walk far away from home to regain your concentration.
6. Found good friends and Talk to them close or call them by phone,
7.Take Professional help, Don't be afraid of it if needed and suggested by a Doctor.

I hope that these ideas could help you and be sure that Its just temporarry state and you know that for sure. Also be sure that tomorrow your smile's back to and everything Will be ok.

it sounds like you might be bipolar and/or suffering from major depressive disorder. its not normal to go from having the motivation to work 70 hours a week to being so depressed you can't do anything.

no one likes to admit that they might need meds but they can help a lot and there's no shame in it.

i'm bipolar and have been through exactly what you're describing, it didn't get better until I got medicated.

Thanks for your advice. I did work 70-100 while I had a girlfriend. It gave me so much stability in my life. And now I feel lost and without real goals (at least I don't feel them anymore). There's no reason why I should do anything besides supporting my family in some way. But I don't feel that much either, as they all do well on their own.

It's funny that the only time in 25 years of my life I was successful is the time while I had someone who gave me some mental stability. I don't know if it's a disorder or just something that happened in my youth but when I'm alone I always feel lost...

And it's hard for me to get a decent girlfriend as I look average... They all have rediculous social media standards nowadays. Spent the last 3 months on it without success.

What medication are you referring to?

It could be related to testosterone f.e. As I have pretty low levels I might try a therapy. But as of now I try to increase it naturally with minimal success...

I am currently training 3x a week in the gym. It gives myself a massive relief each time. So, I will probably go 5-6 times the next weeks and hope my mood improves even more.

this is not normal mate...i am not a doctor but this sounds like bipolar or borderline to me (i have a disorder from the same cluster)

srsly get tested, there are therapy methods that can work within a few weeks with some of these disorders now

Thank you bro. I had a very slow last 2 months as I wasn't able to work anyway... I find it really hard to make friends that I can talk with. Since I am much to deep into all that internet marketing stuff and I honestly have no interest in much else besides business & health and maybe some history.

I had a relationship with a borderline person 2 times for a short while. So, I guess it's not borderline because these persons where much crazier than me and the relationship was pure stress form my point of view. I am just looking for someone who's cool and have a good life together. I can provide most things, no problem. Just don't fck my nerves pls...

I don't know what bipolar really means. But I will read more deeply now.

May be you need someone near you? a gt is mean. I wish I could help, unfortanetly I have similar sympoms, but I didn't achieve such goals as you did, I am 21 and I earned about 30k$ in total working online. Unfortanetly I don't have savings. I wish re-invested my money too(

That's what I mean... I always feel lonelyness and depression when I'm alone. This is reduced like 95% when I have someone around for a few hours.

It's like I am doing work without any meaning. It's only benefiting some humans that I don't know and me (which doesn't matter much to me).

What I achieved aren't goals. It's running away from the pain. And the YT channel qas demonetized by YT. So, I dont make big money either. However, I can live of it. If you made $30k at 21 you are far ahead of me at this time. Because you have accumulated some skills. I know how it feels to burn out on an idea. But if you can, just do the thing that made the money, just more intelligent and long term. Because if I would had the mental strength to start another YT I would be millionare today. Not joking...
