Bought the course and immediately you can tell that a lot of effort was put in. The videos contain many detailed explanations and tips especially useful for newbies. Most stuff is nothing new if you're advanced, however there are a few segments where even the experienced adult marketers will benefit.
Also Andre seems like a nice guy, if you encounter any problems I'm sure he will do his best to help you.
So, if you are new, it's worth the money for sure - don't expect it to be easy though. Consider that you will still have to risk money for paid traffic, which you might lose. If you are advanced, it's possible that it will be a good buy as well - a little piece of information could be the difference between a profitable and a losing campaign.

No cloaking is not covered in the course. In Adult you really don't need to cloak unless doing really shady stuff. Adult traffic networks are a LOT more relaxed about compliance, so they don't care as much as FB or Google etc.
