When the new vault was launched, I "reviewed" the plugins as I thought that was the way to vote?

Now again, there's a new request section and I can't vote for my requests as they appear greyed out, see screenshot.

What can I do?

Plugin 2: Get Paid Addons

There seems to be an issue with our Ajax mechanism on the download request page.

Sorry, @zerolimit - I included a reply in my previous one, but somehow it wasn't sent successfully.

To answer your question:

99% of the service that offers a 'service' using a plugin, will require a license or any kind of authentication from the developer's side.
So we can provide the actual plugin, but without a valid license, the plugin is useless, as the minification is done using an API from their servers.

This issue has been resolved. The customer paid by crypto and it was put on hold due to an overpayment of 0.08 USD.
