What are your thoughts on social media verification? People pay upwards of $20k to get that blue check but is it overhyped? Or really worth it.

If you're spending $160k/mo on ads, then any sort of spend that could make that spend more efficient is a worthwhile project. That's generally how I justify the spend with my clients.

It's just in general. Some individuals are buying it just for the sake of having the badge to look cool. When is it ok to buy ? and is a certain price too much perhaps?

A lot of people will fire off fake followers onto their accounts thinking that if social media sees their follower count shoot through the roof that they will automatically verify them. They can easily filter out fake followers, so if you take this follower count approach your account will get passed on and probably flagged internally as a “never verify” account.

I don't know whether it is worth $20k or any amount for that matter, but what I know is verification builds trust for your business, your account/page won't be seen as just another random page that is probably a scam page but an actual (verified)business.

Well, I only take Instagram and Facebook verification seriously. The rest are just... Facebook is a bit easier to get but Instagram is hard in a way.

Damn, that's an insane price IMO. The average price is 10-12k. Most people are resellers and charge over the top....

There huge privileges with the blue tick.
Example 1 only
Full all day spamming groups fully allowed.
Imagine that.
The blue tick gets no ban unless very stupid doing something like racism/crime/fraud

I always use the method/theory of 10.
So if something cost me £10 must make me £100
So planning and having an idea that something can earn me with something my aim x10.
Wright away I can see £20k earning me
£200k.
But that using a blue tick as a heavy spammer.
