What about Locations?
Mobile proxy locations are picked at random upon signup. If you would like a certain location. PM me, contact support through our chat feature on our site or contact us through Telegram. We will make accommodations for your use case. We have locations in over 1000 cities.
Residential proxy locations are picked at random once used and change with use.

Delivery Time:
Other than custom deployments usually within 30 mins after signup, you will be up and running.
Keep in mind we build your Ingress Server from source code you are the only one with access to that Ingress. The Ingress manages your connections to our network.
What is an Ingress Server:
The Ingress Server is your entry point into our network. Allowing for access to our proxies as well as a few bonus proxies such as TOR network and Public proxies that are updated every 10 mins. It is also an added barrier against IP address leakage.

Do your IPs rotate:
Mobile:
Our shared proxies rotate every 10 mins.
Our dedicated proxies allow for API access to change IP rotation from 10 mins and up.
Residential:
Sticky IPs will assign a single static residential IP address that can be re-used for multiple connections for the duration of the session. Sticky IPs remain static and assigned until the session is disconnected.
Random IPs feature will rotate residential IPs after each completed request to the proxy. A new IP will be issued for each request made at random.
Refund Policy:
We have a simple refund policy you can cancel your Membership up to 24 hours after purchase. You can cancel your membership by emailing us with your billing email and user name with the subject CANCEL to
[email protected] no questions asked.
On-demand, passes are not refundable unless we are not able to provide you with a connection. In that case, you will be refunded automatically.
Once your proxy is verified to be working correctly and 24 hours have passed. Replacements will be provided only if the proxy stops functioning.
