maxbounty started to shave really bad

a year ago i promoted the same offer on another network and i had a conversion rate between 8% and 15% but it got removed from that network and i found it on maxbounty
in march i had 14% CR on MB then i took a break from CPA
yesterday i had 238 clicks and 0 leads on the same offer ) it s free traffic but it s pretty targeted, i had over 35K clicks and 6K leads from it
i contacted my affiliate manager and he was pretty rude, anyway, he didn t help me, I asked if the tracking system is working and he said yes and the problem is with my traffic source/creative
its impossible to have 238 clicks and 0 leads with an offer that simple (its SOI, quality offer, they can also login with facebook)
i promoted the offer in the past and it had a very good conversion rate
i wanted to test if they shave or not, i asked a few friends and a relative to register and to send me a screenshot after they re done
andddd nothing, NO leads.
i sent the proof to my manager but he dont reply anymore, he was online on skype but nothing
i also sent him an email, hopefully he will respond

im disappointed with maxbounty, i had a great success with them in the past but they re shaving badly now

yep, they dont really care about advertisers shaving
i dont know what to say honestly, i worked with them a lot in 2018-2020 and i had no issues with them and now...
my manager answered but as before, he was very rude and he said the same thing that there is no issue with the tracking system or the offer...

Did not faced any issues with them. But a good thing is to test at the same moment same offers on different cpa networks and to compare the result.

Why? Isn't aff manager ignoring isn't enough? I do other network and my manager atleast talk good.

Everyone is shaving and affiliate managers can rarely help you. They work as affiliate managers. Does that sound like a job for high performing individuals (unless he is also the owner of network)? Affiliates usually transition into direct deals with product owners, start their own CPA companies (and shave, lol) or launch their own products. Don't get stuck too long in a role of the smallest link in the traffic chain.

I knew this from 4 years ago, they all shave, i have friends who have gone on to own networks, they shave as well. It's an industry practice - Maxbounty didn't start it ... we're no longer in 2010! You need to be able to get this offer for yourself without networks. Go direct to advertisers .... then with proper tracking, they wouldn't be able to shave you!

i told my manager that the tracking link is not working, he told me that everything is fine in a rude way
it was impossible to have 0 leads with an offer who only requires registration

Are you using the new MB links because they deactivated the old link system a couple of weeks ago.

They count only unique leads and if they already have that lead in database they will shave you even if the lead solved survey correctly. Isnt it obvious?
Why would anybody want to pay 1 lead several times.

yep, new links, generated a few days ago (when i created this topic)

it is obvious but where i promote my offer there is no competition with CPA
