Looking for some specific CPA

Hello everyone,

I'm new at CPA related stuff so don't judge me if my request will look stupid.
I have an idea and to implement it I need a CPA company. Thing is that CPA offers I need should be surveys that require user information (name, surname, address, ID number or anything more/less). I don't want user to be required to do something more (some product related stuff, buying etc). Can anyone recommend a CPA company that provides that type of offers for publishers?

The other thing is that the company should allow registration without phone number and would pay via PayPal (non US).

I don't know if what I asking is too much or too dumb, but I would grateful for any useful information.

Thanks. I've submitted my application. It would be nice they approve it but I don't put to many hopes in it.

Most CPA companies have multiple offers for what your asking for.

Use the sticky at the top of the CPA forum and apply for all the companies with no phone call.

Yay, I've got approved to adscendmedia. Was looking their offers but haven't found something similar to what I need yet.

But as I was looking, most of the offers are related to something (wining/buying/specific product), but I need something more general
