If I have bought 12 download credits and activated the package for 1 domain. Is it possible to activate the same license key for another domain and install the needed plugins? As far as I understand 1 credit per 1 domain. So could someone explain this a bit more?

Yes, that's exactly the case. Each domain counts as one credit. So if you want to install the plugin on 2 domains, it will count as 2 credits.
