1. Yes, service is realtime. It's automatic, you can get results in any time.
2. It's doesn't have any filtering at this moment, so you can only get full results with profile followers

Our prices starts from 1$ per 1000 scraped data, so you can pick any order and start scraping in your case 14999 records. You can divide your balance between the orders, like - 5000 Profile posts scrap and 9000 - profile followers.

After order completed you will get list of scraped records, for instance profile followers. You will get names, bio, links and all stuff that visible in Instagram - all data depends of order that you selected.
You able to export this data to .json or .excel file also and have access to it in any time.
