Focus on reviews on your GMB, get those reviews up! And local sea is the easiest way to rank, it'll take some time depending on your keyword and popularity as well. Also Lot of people are doing rank and rent and it good to make a business in any niche.

1) Keep adding more content in the website and building links, try to post low comp articles so Google Crawl them, Simply sand box is something like Google is not crawling the website. We need to make Google boot to re crawl websites

3) SEO big time and pay blogs with high DA to post about you. This is good exposure + SEO for you. Google ads will be for brand awareness for you. Also if you have google chrome extension, that's a huge +... Also another thing, This is very high competition niche, so need more time than usual. Study your competitor's links. And do double what he's doing. But make sure you get quality over quantity.

I do like this 50% Main anchors and 50% generic/branded - Some time I do use main more less. Like 40% or 30%

If you rank in Google then there is more chances for you to rank in Bing. If not then add bing webmaster tool and check top 3 ranked sites in Bing and optimize according to it.

1. Many methods to get guest posts links. By email out reach. Search Facebook groups. There are thousand of blogs having 100 to 1000 traffic per day. Search them and offer them free article or 5 to 10 usd..they will add guest post.
2. There are tools and services which helps to get emails of blog owners.
3. Many samples are present online. I personally use 3 to 4 line template where I ask them if they need free article from us? Many of them will reply with pricing.... So put $ and get $
