Hello, any vcc that is not detected as a prepaid card should work as payment method. I recommend trying with a vcc with some balance in it. Once your campaign is approved, change the payment to "post pay" and add a coupon. You can always use a real cc for 1 time use and ditch that card once you reach the threshold.

I use 1 ip per account, real residential proxy.

I used one cc + personal paypal account and it worked. I dont think the same cc will work multiple times. Bing is pretty strict from what i know.
I think its after you spent $25usd from threshold or your own money, they give you an additional $100 to spend via a link.
