The thing Google targeting now the most is "overstuffed keywords" When we used to maintain a ratio of entering the focus keyword a few times in our article. Now, try to avoid entering your focus keyword and you'll see good results.

My original content is up and so is my pirated content. If spun be professional 3rd world writers google can’t tell and I get great content. I have 3 writers and just paying for content I am making a killing with a 7 month old website ultra high comp KW and backlinks have practically no value for local seo. People love my content and view lots of my blogs and pages. Correct company name for GMB was the smartest move I have made. Than custom your content for your business name. Tell your writers what to write and what content to spin and blog frequently. A beautiful well coded website is the other part do not save money on a developer.

What I see in mi niches : Google seems to provide more diversity. I mean within a range of 100 keywords related to the same niche, the top 3 vary a lot from keyword to another ... what do you think ?

The best way is to write user-friendly content, sharing value and leave spamming aside for a while.
