Google has been going crazy these days. With the number of updates that they have been releasing, it is getting harder and harder for us to get hold of our ranking.

While we still recovered from an update, we have a new Google Update called the "Spam Google update"

I am already experiencing dances with a few posts getting deindexed. What is your story?

PS: Source

It's an ANTI SPAM update. See: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-search-spam-update-part-two-31674.html

The ones MOST LIKELY to feel any change from these are
1) those who use backlinks to rank AND
2) these backlinks come from sites populated with scraped/spun/automatically generated content

So far, Google hasn't defined PBN (as a concept) as part of its "SPAM" guidelines

I have been doing a so-so job of SEO for a lot of years. Recently I started looking seriously at ranking systems like Money Robot, Rankerx, SEO Autopilot, etc. But I never hear anyone raving about them or how they made a significant difference. I am sure its how they are used. I do know someone who has a method of making Money Robot his bitch, so to speak, and does well with it. But I don't know for how long.

I am honestly getting tired of fighting Google.

Someone I respect who has a PBN with literally thousands of sites and sells backlinks posted this

"..Some higher-quality link platforms have become much more aggressive about deleting accounts and links. They've always done it, but they have some new tech in place. Our system checks for proper posting of the content and link before downloading it as complete, so at the time of completion the link is there. But some delete accounts outright, some just remove links while allowing the content to stay. These platforms have automated deletion triggers..."

This guy is a pro and spends his life at this. But the smarts or pseudo-AI that is being deployed makes it so much harder.

You don't have to tell me how you do it. But I really want to know if there are those of you out there who are still bringing sites to the first page with ranking software and other publicly available software and services. I mean without putting in a 1000 hours of work.

Or, is it time to bone up on how to advertise and stop dancing with Google?

yes, if your keyword is "a canadian baby camel with pink wings", otherwise, no.

i honestly doubt anyone can get on first page with using those automated softwares. watch now, you are going to get those fake rankerx accounts coming here and pumping their chest and saying prove it that rankerx does not work.

Google is not the only form of traffic you know! Get over it and seek other forms of traffic..

There's a third option: build sites with NO backlinks and just produce materials that cater to the INTENT of the people who search for the terms you're targeting.

Do people really have patience for that :D

Its is not a question of patience, rather it is a question of time. Time translates to money.

Admittedly, some people have more time than money, but SEO can get expensive.

How many hours or even months do some people put into their ranking efforts. They buy monthly subscriptions to services in the hope that some magic will happen. Or they try to write article after article with the idea that their great, on target content will propel them up the ranks. Well I can tell you and many others can as well that great content does not necessarily mean that anyone ever gets to see it. How about the video channels that YouTube wipes clean all the time.

Google does not want your content. They want your ad money.

xinase3501 had a good answer as well. Screw Google. They are most certainly not the only traffic source. But SEO, unless it is a non-competitive long tail term is like pissing into the wind.

I am starting to think that paid ads is cheaper for me in the long run and less aggravating.

It seems mainly for to remove Spam Content. Google is trying to move ourselves to real and quality content.

For me no negatives issues since the last up one of my e-commerce site rankings keep going up or traffic goes without me doing anything more less I am even getting of seems to be mostly American women real comments not of bots it was an expired domain run by a real business so that probably helps.
