Was selected to be a part of one of the review copies to test redirecta and, here is what I got to say about the software itself.
First of all, if you have a server with PHP 8.0 and don't know how to change to 7.4 this isn't for you (yet). I spent like 4 hours trying to figure out how to configure ioncube loader on 8.0 to no avail. Yes, the official version has no php 8.0 support as far as I know. Obviously downgrading my server to PHP 7.4 did the trick and then I was able to install it on a subdomain.
I was really looking for something to properly redirect visitors based on my terms. Redirecta helped me do just that by redirecting mobile users directly to the call app with my number in it, and desktop users to contact form on the page for lead generation.
Would say something about the UI needing an improvement but, it's actually simple in terms of design but it's simple to use so there is that.
So far haven't seen any errors using it just make sure you got the right PHP version with ioncube loader installed on the server.
OP responded promptly to my questions quickly, so hopefully, support stays this way and not like with wp profit redirect that was on BHW (am sure people that bought it remember the scandal).

I set the thing up for a website I setup and I was able to redirect the visitors to my city by entering the name in the field. Once you figure out the technical aspect of this plugin using it becomes a breeze. There are tonnes of possibilities I can think of one of them being having a site in multiple language and redirect them to the offer page.
The software was working just fine at my end and I did not notice any errors. I liked the fact that you can track the stats so you know its working beforehand and then be able to track them properly.

Yes, that can be accomplished with Redirecta. You would just need to add an IP database which contains city records (free database, ~2 min work).
However, city level targeting is generally not too accurate, even with premium databases. That's because the location is determined based on the IP address (ISP).
Country level targeting usually has an accuracy higher than 99%, and city level around 70% in the US. And that's not an issue with Redirecta, that's just the way it is with all IP based GEO location.
