Im using autoblogged to pull the rss feeds on that site. Im also using the video elements theme. And BHCB to provide the CPA links.

I think my main prob is getting the full rss feeds. I tried yahoo pipes a couple of times, but results come out abit random each time.

I had autoblog using (only) wp videotube, got deindexed after couple of weeks, didn't even had a chance to put adsense yet.

Learning from experience and also looking at OP post, maybe more than one scrapper are required to make it work. Now I'm working on a new atoblog. See how it goes.

i got an idea while reading this interesting journal. why should someone spent so much time on creating new blogs? isnt it easier to use a own WPMU installation with all plugins installed? there also exists an domain mapper plugin to map everything to good real domains instead of subdomains or a folder structure. you could even use the same design on every blog. you'll just have to search for niches and set up wp-o-matic or something like it. maybe i'll give it a try because i cant see any problems with this idea. what do you think?

Yeah I can get it to work on every feed I try but eventually I find a nice feed that works well with pipes. Maybe I should write a Yahoo Pipes Tutorial (if there isnt one)

I guess I could do that but it really takes me little time to setup a new WP installation. My CPANEL installs it with a mouse click. Either way, the auto blogging plugins need to be configured for the particular niche and so far that is the most time consuming part(Finding good feeds, converting them inside yahoo pipes, doing post runs to fill the blog then tweak, etc). But try it and let us know how it goes.

Most of the inlinks are from PLIGG spamming. I also have a link wheel for the first two blogs which helped. This was all done using LFE. I also use onlywire free service on the first two blogs which helped a little. I just need Xrumer now

I dont do link exchanges or search for links like white hatters. I hate that and prefer automated tools only Im lazy!

Heres an update
Wednesday night, I finished Blog #5 which was another sweet niche I found. I went with a premium woo theme for this one and tweaked it to my liking. Yesterday was spent finishing the video blog #3 and made it go live. I also added some custom scripting and logo work for these two blogs. Usually i use dynamic text for the logo but what the hell, it looks nice on these two Today will be spent in LFE and creating some linkwheels and backlinking for these blogs.

One observation I've made is that I am starting to get google traffic. This started 4 days ago and has been increasing each day. Im on page 1 for many long tails but position 5 - 9. I assume if I up the backlinking strategy for each autoblog then it will get me higher on the search page and pull more traffic or Im just impatient. However, this is only happening for blog number 2 which is less than a month old. I can't wait to see this blog at the 2 month mark.

FYI - My update stats for 1/05/10 show a dip in the google indexing but in fact I was using the wrong numbers that day. I normally do a search on my url and then click more from from this site to get the number of pages total. That day I did site:url which is always lower.

Hey sean....Try using SEO Quake - A firefox extension that's awesome. If you need help with it give me a shout...I'll send ya a config file with settings.

Holy shit, I finally got my first adsense earnings. Yesterday I was really starting to doubt this project, especially after reading another post where they are earning over $1 after a few days lol But I got a click last night and another today, both from Blog#2. This definitely motivates me again, especially since Blog #2 is not a niche blog and is in a VERY saturated market.

Heres an update
This week I added blog#4 to the Blogroll of the same linkwheel as Blog #1 & #2(Niche Related). I blasted some more Pligg sites to my linkwheel and to directly to blog #4. Tweaked Blog#2. Yesterday, made a crap load of yahoo pipes for a new super blog Today I bought 10 niche domains(most .info). Rest of the week I will be getting the 10 new blogs functional.
