I would like to make a suggestion is to include a function to enable/disable the ability to download files in the whitelabel settings area.

Congratulations on the new vault's launch. I am a lifetime member on your old vault. I liked it that way, manual downloads were better as some times the new versions might not be stable for our website. I used to test them by setting up a staging site. With this new setup this looks difficult. Is there a way I can still manually download the files?

You can still download the files but you"ll have to install the vault plugin first, activate with your license key and then individual download options are there.

Confused here: i'm a lifetime customer of your festingerbhw site, but I'm getting emails about a vault site as well...I noticed my festingerbhw login doesn't work on the vault site. So just to make sure this isn't a phishing scam, are you moving to a new format and am I supposed to migrate there now?

Thanks a lot for your message.

Some items are not available yet. This is due to the 5000+ themes and plugins which are being processed as we speak. Our automated system is updating around 100+ items per day and we're about 80%. So it wouldn't take much longer to process the file you're looking for.
Please allow me and our updated system to process the updates in batches, so we can make sure everything will remain run stable.

Yes, that's right. You can always install the plugin on a staging domain and download the plugins from there.

It's not a phishing scam - some accounts were imported to our new system and required manual activation.
If you encounter any issues, please open a support ticket and include your old email login address and I'll have it fixed within a second.

The amount of websites I can install the plugin on has restrictions depending on the plan. With the current vault I can download and install on as many domains as I wish.

@Festinger hope my answer above makes sense to you. As an agency, it make senses to control the ability for clients to download anything that you can charge them for.
