Hi what do I need to use with the vcc for a smooth campaign so that my ad isn't suspended.
I heard VPS
 
The preloaded Google ads cards get suspended for suspicious payments. Even if running low balance campaigns ($5 a day). Both cards I ordered got suspended after about 1000 impressions on the campaign

our cards are not recommended for simple threshold, but best for paid accounts use an aged 3Y+ gmail and USA Windows VPS From Any Host Except Google Cloud Amazon aws, digital ocean,linode amd vultr.

it because either you didn't set camping end date or set for long ending date. once your camping getting 1K impression or 47 Click Reach google will charge a temporarry hold a random amount based by daily budget and ending date. if you daily budget 5$ and for camping end date for 7 days then their systems automatically Try To hold 5$ to 35$ And If the charge got failed then the account will be suspend automatically. so calculate everything before click start camping button then you will never face such issues.

Once I buy your accounts can just link to my Gmail regardless of its age and start running my campaign?

simple threshold means the account intent for threshold only.
we always recommend aged gmail to bypass the immediate suspension.
