Do I need to verify both ebay and paypal with vcc for stealth account?
Making stealth account. Can't remember do I need to verify both ebay and paypal with vcc or can I just verify paypal stealth and link to ebay stealth? Trying not to have to buy 2 VCC. Or can I just use the same vcc to verify both? -

Can I verify ebay stealth without VCC and only verify pay pal?
Can I verify a stealth ebay account without a VCC and only link it to my verified pay pal act? Im just wondering if they try to take out seller fees and there isn' enough money in pay pal will they try to withdraw from my bank and see me real info? Don't want to get linked to old account. Also...
