Can I verify ebay stealth without VCC and only verify pay pal?

Can I verify a stealth ebay account without a VCC and only link it to my verified pay pal act? Im just wondering if they try to take out seller fees and there isn' enough money in pay pal will they try to withdraw from my bank and see me real info? Don't want to get linked to old account.

Also I haven't been able to find any VCC sellers who accept pay pal. Anyone know of some?

You really need to add a eBay VCC and verify your account by phone when you create it plus
link your fully verified PayPal Account.

Then you can choose the option to use PayPal to pay for seller fees.

Now as far as the VCC and PayPal questions I do accept PayPal for that on case by case basis.

First you have to Create paypal using fakenamegenerator then you have to verify paypal.
1. Create account on payoneer.com and when you got a payoneer card.
2. Just create few gigs on fiverr and when you get some sales and positive feedback.
3. us payment service payoneer apply for it and tell him also about your fiverr gig etc and also send your national id card or passport.
4. When you get details of that us payment verify your account with that details and then also add card and use your payoneer card number. It will send you some amount with three days verify it and you will be have complete verified paypal account just verify your ebay account with that paypal account Thats all.

You would either need a VCC or a bank to verify the account. You can't have none of them and verify the account. Only way that would be possible would be if you have access to a SSN which is a totally different story.

Certain countries require only a VCC on the account to have verified status and others require a bank.
