I received a review copy and just vouching this method really works.

If you're doing with Adwords verification - you need to set yourself up as if you're Australian because of a special partnership between Google/Australia.

First set up an AU paypal so that you can use the VCC - although it will verify in other countries as well (but if you want to use it with adwords, you have to use the AU workaround). OP's method is quick & easy, takes less than 5 minutes and doesn't require special verification that is normally needed for PayPal (e.g., identifying the amount charged/deposited).

yes you are right this is not scam if any seller giving refund after 30 Days This Called Pre-approved Payments Policy This Is a feature that Are not done By Manually Its automated process by payment processor example stripe, 2co, vendo, cc bill, etc. they charge the cards as hold money, once buyer and seller confirm the transaction by doing manual confirmation , it could be any type of confirmation like sms verification or submitting documents or buyer approved from his dashboard etc.
