W3 total cache is not a different plugin than the free one. Only a valid license key is required in order to activate the premium 'pro' features.

Search for plugin/theme in WP Dashboard (from Vault’s Plugin) -> Download and Install directly with one click. And there are many exclusive dashboard settings available. You'll meet each other during beta testing.

Everything ok with themes and plugins but customer service is apparently none. Opened ticket 3 days ago since there is wrong theme when I try to download Sweet-cake theme and today I just got "ticket will be closed for inactivity".
