Hey! @profitabull I can't make exact recommendations as it's highly depends on your SEO softwares (as each one has a different resources usage), however, if you plan to use 5-10 SEO tools at 500 threads at the same time, I highly recommend that you look for a bigger packages as that sounds like a lot of thread for just 4 Cores server. don't you think?
