Hey guys, really sorry for the delays here (again) It gets really busy as the year end (though I already said this so many times already and still completely forgot to check socials/forums ) Please don't get me wrong, there is no excuses for such delays in response from our side! We do have support staffs that constantly replying to tickets on our system, but they don't have access to my BHW account (obviously )

How long does it usually take to reply to a ticket on your website? I'm waiting for more than two days and I get no response

It usually depends on our workloads and the works involved in the tickets, for example, sales tickets usually get replied fast as it's fairly simple, technical will requires our technicians to be online to resolve it, upgrades will take slightly longer as we need to verify our stocks and sort on queues, billing will be the slowest as only people with the highest authority have access

Though I would says that most common-simple tickets will get replied within 1-3 hours, complicated technical issues will take 24-36 hours, upgrades/billing might take 24-72 hours at this time (in business days).

Came across these guys during thanksgiving and decided to try windows server. Woah..it has been a great experience.

Performance: I am trying with the 4GB plan and it has been an great run so far. Have got VPN installed on it and its great internet speed.

I'm using their 8GB windows VPS for almost 2 years now without any (or very negligible) downtime.

Last week I lost my job due to this corona situation and asked them (the Hyonix billing support) to help me by a week of extension of my current bill. And do you know what they did, they extended it for 2 weeks. Isn't this awesome.

They already extended it previously for a week a few months earlier. And this is the second time.

Regarding applications, you can run whatever softwares that can be run on Windows, we do however, prohibit abusive usage such as: bruteforcing, email spaming, DDOS, ... As long as your usage does not attract reports (which most usage on BHW would), it should be okay!
