Hey All,

Again, I'm at the lounge, and frequently we see people with a negative mentality.
I chose to put this up so we can give guides/tips to members who've been frustrated with their IM Journey.

I think we can structure this as we first introduce how long we've been on the game, what was our biggest downfall/failure, and what mindset helped you/us.

-----------------------

I'll start with mine.

I'm in IM for a good 5 months now, I've started first at cold email marketing -

I got scammed by some PowerMTA services that sells banned IP's - I also procrastinated a lot
with gathering email lists - even if ScrapeBox can be automated I didn't, so it became a long 2 month process. When I was now on the stage of sending those cold emails for a good # of 40M emails (all verified) -
I forgot to warm up - leading my new structured on my own SMTP's to be blacklisted. So I needed to make another one- it took me another month to get things going. I made some good traction of them afterwards as
I managed to break even and earn a good amount of profit.

Now I'm pursuing this other small gig just to raise more capital so I can start my niche sites with ease.

The mindsets that helped me a lot which I hope people can consider is:

1. Done is Better Than Perfect
2. With whatever you do, all the blame is on you. All the responsibility is on you.
3. Not all days should be productive, but make sure your day is worthwhile.
4. You will fail a lot. And there is nothing wrong with failing.
5. What we do in life, echoes for eternity... *Insert: "My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next "

How about you guys? I hope you can share your ups and downs here to let everyone know IM is never easy, but it certainly is possible!

Done is Better Than Perfect
I like this “just launch” mentality. In software I know I sometimes like to overengineer/plan/etc but it’s almost always better to just get a working prototype out there.

There has to be a good cause in there somewhere for you. That should be enough to help keep you going no matter the challenges. Then even if you fail, the fact you even contributed your positive efforts and energy towards it is a triumph in itself IMHO

Are you Yujitan?

What is that?

Incorrect.

So what's correct?

What's the point of this thread anyway?

It's in the post...

Well I'm not specifically saying "just launch it" you should of course make sure all the steps needed are done, but I'm saying - stop stressing about things being perfect, there's no such thing.

In your IM journey and powermta IP’s used in sending over 4M emails, how were you able to deal with blacklists especially spamhaus? Is there a trick you used to bypass them or is there something else you did? Thanks.

No- those PowerMTA's were blacklisted -
I made my own SMTP's instead with different vps - to reach 24K/day each
I warmed up for 2 months to reach daily sending of 48,000/day. I used Mautic.

Anyway, the definition of IM is this:

Find a method that drives a lot of traffic

Cut expenses to the minimum

Automatize everything you can in the process to reduce setup time (spam faster)

Optimize your landing page, video, whatever helps you to convert more of your traffic

end
