Wow, what an ancient BST this is.

1000+ pages.

Bought another license yesterday. Had one from a while ago, but couldn't be bothered looking up the transaction ID so just bought again. It's well worth it!

Thank you so much!

is they are giving Free-Active proxy?

We dont give away free proxies, ScrapeBox is a desktop PC software and one of the features is it's able to scrape available proxies from the internet and check and filter live working proxies. You can check out further info on the proxy harvester here http://www.scrapebox.com/proxy-harvester

This isnt your license, or you would know the buyer charged back that payment after a month and got the money back. This is the same license 5 or 6 different people are all saying is theirs including this user https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i-need-help-with-scrapebox-license-its-cancelled.1289843/ and as we told that person, you should get a refund from whoever you got the license from.

The confirmation email is sent instantly with the download link, and once you submit your license activation you will receive another email once it's been processed.

Hello
Please tell me why it doesn't parse links by key ?
And how can you simply parse links to just 1 search key?

Hi, please try going to "Settings" in the main menu, then "Harvester Engines Configuration", then go to "Import" and select "Download default engines from server".

This will update your Bing definition to the latest one (I just uploaded a new definition 2 minutes ago) and hopefully that will work a lot better for you.

Forgive me for posting but what does this software actually do? :weep: can someone give me a guide ?
Also is it useful for beginners to learn such tool?

Sweetfunny,

I'm not sure where the "Link Checker" addon went. I want to use it to validate a backlink report from a BST seller on here.

Instead, I've used your free tool since I couldn't find the addon: http://www.scrapebox.com/free-link-checker

It's not reporting accurately.

Example:

Here's how you can replicate it...

The backlink I'm looking for is:

Code:
https:/ca.zenbu.org/entry/1289036-josh-macdonald

On the page:

Code:
http://edu114.net/bbs/home.php?mod=space&uid=1091298

The program thinks this is "Link found":

Obviously that's not the link, it has BB code in it meaning it's not the URL. It's not even a valid URL. You can link the link on the page and it will take you to a browser error page.

I know your stuff is normally top notch. Shame it's not working because I really need a backlink validator tool.

SweetFunny, rather odd question but did scrapebox got sold to third party or is it still maintained by the same programmer?

@Sweetfunny
Is Expired Domain Scraper Addon up to date?

Yes if you are running v2.1.0.4 as this is the latest version, if you are using a version less then this you should update.

No it has not been sold, still the same as when it first started.

It's the same place it's always been, right on the main GUI where the Comment poster is it says "Check Links"

Don't think it's always been there. Where did this addon go?

Either way, I've went ahead and replicated the bug on the "check links" function on the main GUI too.

Either way, I've went ahead and replicated the bug on the "check links" function on the main GUI too.

The issue is that the URL is displayed inside a href tag and is clickable, so that's why it's showing as found. The BBCode is a bit of a fringe use case that's not come up before in all the years. So could possible make a change to account for this in a future update.

However in the mean time what can also be done is you can use the Page Scanner addon to check the page for any specific piece of text/html/js/url etc. For instance checking for:

Code:
href="https://ca.zenbu.org/entry/1289036-josh-macdonald">

And it will only say found if that exact string appears on the page. You can also use regex and the %AND% variable to specify 2 or more strings that must be on the page to be marked as found.

Code:
href="https://ca.zenbu.org/entry/1289036-josh-macdonald"> %AND% >anchor text<

Will only mark it as found if both the link and specific anchor text is found. It's a lot more versatile then the link checker.

@Sweetfunny can you inbox me?

Please shoot me an email through http://www.scrapebox.com/contact-us and just select sales and licensing.

Well there's a guy in the marketplace trying to tell me these are valid backlinks because ScrapeBox says they are when it's obvious with basic HTML knowledge that they are not valid. I'm probably going to shitlist the guy in the meantime and let a mod sort it out. Hoping the meantime ScrapeBox gets an update so this guy can stop ripping people off.

Can you please send me a discount for scrapebox + Expired Domain Scraper Addon : )?

You can also use regex and the %AND% variable to specify 2 or more strings that must be on the page to be marked as found.
I don't think %AND% is of use as each blog has 1 backlink to one of my sites.

What about %OR%

Like I have a list of 40,000 blogs pointing to 20 URLs I want checked. Each blog should contain one of my URLs. I don't think it lets me use OR. I think OR would work for this case.

Also, I just checked and it looks like the changelog has my bug fix coming in 2.1.0.20 - I'm excited. Thank you.
