I Need Help With Scrapebox License, Its Cancelled

I bought a license in July, I paid it with my friends' paypal bc paypal is blocked in my country.

Two days ago I was trying to activate my license, but it didn't activated. So I sent an email.

They said "Due to multiple chargebacks you have no services with us.", so you'll think maybe your friend did it, yeah it's possible but I want to see a proof of chargeback attempts on paypal.

I sent an email about I want to see a proof. They didn't answer me.

You think 67$ it's not that much but its USD, in my currency it's expensive. Also I bought 1 premium addon too.

@loopline please help me. Tell them to check my emails its egebese at icloud com

@loopline your license verification system is so harsh only if my PayPal get blocked or I lost transaction ID. I will lose access to software you should find a secondary way for it.
 
well it say attempt, than probably it doesn't succeed.
are you sure your friend didn't attemp to do the chargeback?

I didn't say scrapebox is a scammer or I did.

I think there's a problem. I didn't want to take my moneyback. I like scrapebox, I want to keep using it. But I couldn't able to verify my license.

I just want to see a proof of chargeback attempts.

hard to say, since a call to bank, is enough to do chargeback attempt.
and both you and scrapebox cannot see that excep your friend, also no way scrapebox showing their finance report about the chargeback attempt.

Also in my opinion which one have more motive? your friend for extra $67, or scrapebox losing $67 annual income
 
Get the transaction id and contact scrapebox.

I been with scrapebox years I always lose my info there always helpfull.

I always just show my transaction id to get the program back and all plugins I buy.

Scatoebox is not no scam the programmer in here there a brilliant service.

Loopline does not own scraoebox only provides services for lists but also does video free for scrapebox

I know, I used this title to get noticed.

Probably there's no successfull chargeback, and it's been 6 months, I just want my license back, I don't have the payment account, I bought a premium plugin with my own paypal after that, I didn't try to chargeback. It's just unfair. Paypal is blocked in my country, my friend was my only choice, I did ask them can I pay with BTC, but they reject the offer. Somehow I did open a paypal account and I bought premium addon, now I don't have any license....

I know but he must know someone from scrapbox.

They aren't scam, but they don't return my emails.
 
Huh, I guess not. Anyway, @Sweetfunny was tagged, so he will definitely help you out. All I can say is that they care about their customers from my personal experience. I made him transfer my license more than 2 times, and they always did it within 24 hours. Hopefully, your query will be resolved soon.

I have same problem - basically i rarely use scrapebox and i purchase many years before. Even they transferred my license too many times - before year i purchased a paid plugin from them which i don't like and asked for refund. I got the refund for plugin but when i asked them to transfer my license then they said my payment is reversed. LOL
I said it was for plugin not for the scrapebox as i am using same for years.
Then they didn't reply after that.

Hi, you are not our customer and you have not purchased a license from us. Licenses cannot be shared or resold which it has with multiple people, and your friend has been filing chargebacks.

As we have told you we cannot disclose any further customer information with anyone but the original purchaser sorry so you will have to take it up with them as you did not purchase off us. If i was you i would just get your money back off your friend.
