Submit a site or URL for crawl, which you don't own?

Heylo!

New to the forum but I've been writing scripts and apps for SEO purposes a decent amount of time.

As title suggests, if there's a way to submit a site for crawl (then subsequent indexing) then I don't know it yet - it seems to exist though as it's the foundation of tools like omegaindexer.com

Google Indexing API requires site ownership verification
Google Search Console URL Inspection tool requires site access
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url is retired
Google submit sitemap tool requires site access

Any of you boffins got another idea I could explore ?

Both sitemap and API follow a 301 in my tests. Give that a shot

You can try modifying the sitemap file before submitting.

Video sitemap doesn't really work anymore but you can do it with regular one as well.

I imagine that the few people who still know how to do it on this date will surely keep it to themselves. I imagine a lot of indexing services are dead lately.

the only thing that works on my side, is sharing on social media accounts.

You can try modifying the sitemap file before submitting.

tried video sitemap 2 weeks ago. what used to work before does not work anymore. i think google has patched this.

Test method:
Using Indexing API
Have an arbitrary url on a property you own through GSC, e.g. `example.com/going-to-301-redirect-anyway`
Have a 301 redirect in place on the site you own `Redirect 301 example.com/going-to-301-redirect-anyway another-domain.com/page-1`
Submit indexing request for `example.com/going-to-301-redirect-anyway`
Wait

Test results
Submitted 7 URLs this way on the 7th of December
As of 8th of December 0 URLs have appeared on http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/
As of 8th December 1 URL has indexed on google / google's site: search
