The quality of this service used to be top, not anymore tbh
Please update the vault with new items...I subscribed for 1.5 year now, just to stick with old themes and plugins (but now theme can't import template so it's kinda useless).
If you google "fastest themes" and try to get those themes, you will find maybe 1 or 2 only in the vault. How can the vault be that outdated....
And sad that I requested multiple times but nothing ever show up in your vault

Thanks for your response here @Festinger. I cannot PM you here as I'm a newbie. I'm not sure why my tickets kept being deleted/unaccessible after getting the notification email saying "Your ticket has been created successfully!".

I found out that my ticket that I requested a refund disappeared again (your website says, "You are not authorized to view this ticket."). I just created a new ticket again (https://festingerbhw.com/support/?support_page=open_ticket&ticket_id=3107&auth_code=piWf0HzfHh). Can you please give me a refund? I was considering to purchase the lifetime plan, but I'm afraid purchasing anything before this issue is being clarified by you. Thank you.
