Don't believe in Semrush, Google Keyword Planner or KWFinder - they have some bugs and showing some keywords as very high volume. Only Ahrefs showing right.
I have keyword with 10-40M search volume according these 3 mentioned liars and 0 difficulty, i can pm it

all depends on the first 10 and how much you gonna actually earn from it...

Just target the kw and move on. This is an obvious good find.
