I haven't checked the age of videos, does it matter??? KW planner and SEMrush(Lil bit varies) and Ubersuggest.

seriously I don't believe semrush anymore. I never saw low difficulty KW according to Semrush, always it shows high else medium-difficult. I research this KW using various tools, SERP results, site authority of ranking sites, and backlink profiles of them.
 
Of course, go for it. Don't loose this golden-nugget keyword. Make tons of videos, this way, even youtube videos will rank you first. And in the youtube video description, you add the link

for this keyword, only animated youtube videos are ranking so am thinking to re-upload Copywrite free videos or just embed someone else video how it would be??

yeah... now am thinking to embed someone else video what you think about it... coz I can't make amination videos and didn't find any Copywrite free videos to reupload in new YT channel...
can I rank if I do just embed in my site??
 
Does the keyword has any word related to video? If that's the case, then Google will only show video search results and favor them over written articles. So, writing a post won't be a smart choice as the keyword is demanding a video.

If not, as recommended by others, you should try both article + video on a single page. As for your other question, directly embedding from YouTube won't be of any help as Google will favor the original creators. Re-uploading will be a better idea.

people are smart enough, they could have searched in youtube if they needed video right. why they search in google??
