Can I drop .html extension? Kill ranking?

I'm about to start moving my e-commerce site (been around for 10+ years with good ranking) from Magento to woocommerce. All of the pages on my old site end with .html but with the default configuration on woocommerce there is no extension. Will my ranking get killed if all of my new pages have no extension, but I create 301s pointing the old .html to non .html pages?

I'm very nervous with this whole move. In fact if anyone wants to talk more about it I could be persuaded to outsource the job.

This is the site structure now

Yes, just 301 each individual page to it's migrated wp url equivilent, and submit the new sitemap.xml in GSC.

It might dance for a 1-3 days, but it'll all get lined back up to where it was in the serps so long as you are careful to maintain your on-site seo across the migration; img alt & title tags, internal linking corrected to reflect the new urls, etc.
Also a good idea to 301 your product images as well, in case some of them are ranking in image searches.

Done it myself about a year ago... you will see no changes at all (as long as you correctly implement 301 redirects), and since I improved the pages a bit my rankings went up a bit.
PS: I moved from bespoke design to wordpress so had to redirect example.php to example.

Simple 301 redirects will work.

Why do you have /en/ in url?

Do you have multi lingual website?

If not, you can get rid of it.

Yeah, I have both /en and /fr for our bilingual site.

it will take some time, but everything should be back at the end
