Review:

Mobile score still at 15, Desktop score has not improved aswell. All he did was improving gmetrix by 8%. Overall an overpriced service I am sure a 5$ fiverr gig would have done the same or even better

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry the service didn't work as expected for you.

However, your review contains false information and I'll explain the other potential customers why.

The given information from above is based on Google Pagespeed Insights and I do not use that to measure website improvement.
Based on the reports you've received, these are the correct scores:

I also explained you how the page speed has been increased:

I finished the optimization and security for your website. I was able to get the pagespeed from 67% to 93% and the Yslow from 81% to 82%. Also the fully load speed has been improved from an average 5.6sec to 3.2sec. The reason I couldn't get the Yslow any higher is because of the ads you are running on the site, they are externally loaded so out of my scope. I also installed Wordfence premium and installed the firewall so your website is now fully secured. Check the results of the reports before and after below.

First of all I dont measure the website with pagespeed insights. I use gtmetrix because its really consistent and it grades the website on actual visitor experience. As I said in the report, the ADS you are running have a big impact on the gtmetrix score. They have an even higher impact on your pagespeed insights score. Only option is to remove it but i guess you don't want that.

Second, I use gtmetrix with settings selected for your site. I guess you just tested the site with default settings and default location in canada. That doesn't represent the website as it is. I also did an average test. You cant tell me that your page consistently scores 8 seconds on your end. I also provided links to my reports to see the results.

The reply from above shows your real identity and therefore I have published the support tickets and masked any private information.

TLDR:
  1. Customer ordered the service and after an extensive analyze, I did the performance magic which took about 4 hours.
  2. Customer claims different results as he is using Google Pagespeed Insights. I've explained him I do not use that and showed him the report of GtMetrix again.
  3. Customer says it's fine and started blackmailing me by explaining the Facebook Likes issue is not related to my services.
  4. Customer posted a false review online.
