Anyway, what should I say...
My site was slow and I didn't have that much, maybe 6 posts and 6 plugins but it was slow as hell.

Festinger done amazing job!
Pagespeed 97 Killer!
He also installed fully secured firewall!

1. Is this a set up a few plugins and use their settings to speed up kind of service, or do you go under the hood? i.e) Ensuring any gfonts are loaded as needed (not bulk loading light,normal,bold,black fonts at the same time) and that they are local too?
2. When you do in-depth database optimisation - are you talking about about removing unnecessary tables/bloated/old-plugin tables etc?

1. Yup, everything is included to get the best results, including the fonts loading locally and js scripts as well.
2. No, we do not touch any database data. The optimization is determined by the database and server being used and based on that, I decide which technique is the best way to optimize it.

I do have a lot of experience with optimizing websites, and I recently decided to turn this into a service. You won't regret it and I do a free analyse before too. Feel free to submit yours.

Ah right, reason I asked is because I heard you need to get your wp_autoload tabke to below 1mb - I was just wondering if that was also inclusive in the service.
