E-commerce Website Form Filling dipped

Hi all,

For my site avg position same, in fact clicks, impressions and CTR not much difference.
Even i checked the analytics and Organic traffic fine but don't know why form filling dipped like anything.

Every day there was 6 to 8 goals either through chat or form filling but after SEPT 14 its dipping and now its not even one in a day.

I am very much worried i analyzed everything even i saw videos and i noticed like people coming to my sites just checking pages and going back.
I noticed the bounce rate increased by 5 to 6% compared to the last 3 to 4 months.

Can you suggest me what could be the reason behind this?

Seems like an on-site technical issue rather than SEO related one.

Problem is usually mobile version of the site while everything is fine on desktop.

These forms are embeds and can be rendered incorrectly.

I checked everything is fine. Dont know what the issue all of sudden.
Do you think price of products or images or something else ?
