Help me to Get Approval from CPAs??

Can anyone help me to get approval from Ogads or else CPABuild
I tried Ogads but they don't accept noobs and
tried CPABuild as well, they Dumb Declined without asking anything twice

please suggest a Good Content locking service that allows noob?

OGads easily accepts BHW members as they have good relationship with this forum. When I created account, I mentioned that I don't know anything about content lockers, and they straight away rejected me. I was accepted later when I told them that I want to try a method from BHW. They know all blackhat methods & traffic sources. You just need to honestly tell them your strategy.

same as me, I got rejected by maxbounty, then I register cpalead and they accepted me in automatically, and I will try to promote the offer now, has anyone tried cpalead?

OGads has a thread here on BHW. You can contact through their thread or drop an e-mail to ben@ogads.com with your strategy. Just tell him that you're a beginner in CPA and want to try a particular method. Most CPA networks avoid people as many use create accounts without having a plan in mind. If you can assure them that you have done enough preparation, then they might accept you.

As far as CPAbuild is concerned, you can tell them that you're already making $10-$15/day using OGads and want to try their network. This should work if everything else fails.
