Ranking Youtube Videos

Hope you all doing well `

I have youtube channel since 2009 , was posting my photography then i left for few years
now i started posting videos in 2020 and got my channel monetized

channel stats

Subs count : 3700
Total videos : 23
Totals views : 380K

My niche is photography tutorials and photoshop (all screen recorded with no voice ) planning to show my self and talk soon that will help of course `
now my issue is that I'm not getting suggested at all, some videos have low AVD (average view duration)
most traffic come from search and channel pages.
I make good quality videos with great thumbnail and well optimized title and description and of course tags
some videos rank position 3-5 for most keywords, even with high comp keywords, VidIQ give me high score for SEO
I'm not looking to make money now or any promotion for selling all i want is to rank higher and get suggest hopefully to get seen !!

Can someone help me suggest a service that can help even if it's pricey ? (better something you tested)
I have 2 main videos that i want them to get popular

youtube ads? ads dont correlate with ranking. ads are only good for growing sub count

I do promote on social media but not getting much traffic `
Youtube ads sucks for me, it does lower the average view duration, even with discovery ads max duration was 20 sec !!

Yes true most of the subs are not active,I only get like 4% of traffic from subs !!
have good CTR but some Low watch time that because each video i promoted
and killed the overall all average view duration !!

Ads doesn't help in ranking, it's just for getting seen and for subs sake !
