In the end, my Pagespeed reached 100% and YSlow 96% with my own knowledge, and as I was looking for 2x speed improvement (I reached 1.1s), I thought it's not possible anymore so I requested a refund before any work starts so I don't waste their time with them trying to get it below 0.6s.
Received a refund within a day, so good experience. If you don't know how to optimize your website, then I bet this is the right choice, I just didn't need it in the end.
