1.Yes, instead of multilogin you can use new profiles in macbook. Macbooks has the same fingerprint, so facebook doesn't suspect that you're working under one device because you're merging with other Macbooks.
2. You can check for blocking your domain through this service at facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?locale=ru_RU . If you see that the domain is not blocked, you can run it on another account

I have seen one ad account which was running campaign for Page Like.
They were generating 100+ likes daily with the cost of $1 (Daily budget). I know this is possible just want to know how did they manage to get likes in so cheap price.

Yes I've seen that too, real view was really less and the clicks were high in my case too, this means fb is cheating right or might be the ai is checking that we are not promoting shit
