i am trying run BH ad on fb ad with VCC free credit, i was able to run before but now when i try to run BH ad , my accnt got suspend ,i can run dummy campaign but not BH

Start from the basics, learn from good information sources like https://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/ or some guru like Jon Loomer (i actually like this dude for some reason)
Than either twist their methods to be grey, or read here - just consider that on paid there mostly no grey area, its either white or black. on organic reach there is a lot of grey area.

Try to find coupons, you can find few on the internet, they allow you to spend some traffic for free. The best option for facebook ads it's real credit cards with high status. Like platinum credit cards, cuz of their status they have more trust in facebook eyes.

I guess its more generic question, but it includes ads, so here it goes.
Is it worth buying Facebook likes? More thinking about credibility when running ad campaigns, could it improve it? On the other hand, useless likes are useless and could mess with the Facebook algorithms as these followers will be very low quality and won't engage with any future content posted on the page.

From your question it is obvious that there is not enough trust in the payment solution that you use. When you try to warm up on likes, Facebook allows to do it, but once you buy traffic for external link with given VCC, Facebook considers it too risky and bans your account. You should try using real plastic cards or finding more legitimate supplier of payment solutions.
