The emails provided are only from real people or there will also be from companies that are note really interest.
Are they verified?
What i mean is that most people with a tool like Atomic email hunter or scrapebox can get a bunch of emails. So if you are providing this service i suppose the emaisl will be filtered in a sense not having all thoses garbage adresses that are not responsive or don't even recieve the emails.
I did read the FAQ but in my mind still wasn't getting it.

These are not trash mails like scraped with those no . I have software capable of determining if a lead is really a lead. Thus, you get only targeted leads for your niche.
