• Text size should be between 16-20 font based on demographic and device type
• line length should be 9 - 12 words or 60+/- characters
• buttons should be at least 56 pixels line-height

Ah so now "SEO'ers" are trying to claim the design part of it. Guess they can't pick up enough work...

Any decent designer would be covering that for you as standard. The problem is people often go "I dont like the big text" and adjust it to meet around ad space or the design thinking that needs to take priority and often forget about the user. None of that listed there is "technical SEO" its basic design principles...
