Hello, as it shows in your order it was cancelled, that means it was cancelled and at the same time refunded too to your account balance, so, just feel free to replace it for a new order. That service is a own service we have and may fail sometimes depending in the amount of orders that the own server have so, just feel free to replace it for a new one with the refunded amount, that service is working but sometimes may fail due so much people order it and our servers can be overloaded for it! ^^
