this is out of the blue, they don't even know im writting this
Last November i was going through pain of searcing for a new host, i dont know about you but I dont like changing hosts much, but i had to get off the Arvixe / Hostgator machine. So I came across Sitetide here. I have to say to this day I cannot be more happier with these guys, i like it here and i plan to stay awhile. I like my cPanel, the setup and customer portal, and moreso the top notch speedy customer support system. My websites are fast even though im in the USA and my server is in Canada (which is even closer than before). I'll admit I had some issues setting up and a few more recently that got me stressed but its gonna happen sometimes, but its how they handle it and helped me fix my problems (never downtime). So, if you are feeling unsure about them, i vouch for their services anyday. AND they offer great deals, hopefully they can land some new customers after this to keep the cash flowin their way.
