So, I don't usually post reviews but this one stood out for me for multiple reasons. The first being the customer service experienced and second being speed.
Here it goes:
  • Placed an order on 06 May 20 for Wipeout.
  • Confirmation received shortly and hosting details, etc.
  • Experienced issues migrating website over from previous host - sent a message via website chat and solutions were provided near immediate.
  • Successfully migrated all websites on 08 May 20.
  • Experienced issues on 09 May 20, reached out to customer service and issues resolved shortly thereafter.
The experience and support provided during this whole ordeal was extremely satisfactory.

So far so good on my end.
