Review:

I managed to buy a website from the last batch. It wasn't making any money at that moment but did receive decent daily organic traffic. It was perfect for me as I wanted a starter site that is out of sandboxed so that I can grow it further.

What I Liked:
  • A brandable domain name (good because I didn't want to be restricted because of it)
  • Keyword research (the site was targeting some low-competition keywords from the beginning so that helped site get index and rank quickly)
  • Social media account included (wasn't of much help SEO-wise but a nice addition)
  • Design (The entire site was designed using Thrive Architecture and templates were saved so I could easily re-use them)
What Could Have Been Improved:
  • Website speed (when I received the site, it was taking over 5 seconds to load and had to optimize it for better speed)
  • Logo (it's a personal choice but I didn't like the logo so had to order a new one)
Content quality was also above average and except for a few grammatical errors, there were no issues. Everything else was also good for the price point.
